The project

L2L is a new Best Practices project in the Erasmus world. The action started in October 2020 under the lead of Università delle LiberEtà, the Italian coordinator.

L2L brings together 5 more partners: Solution: Solidarité & Inclusion (France), Sastamalan Opisto  (Finland), Regione Autonoma Friuli-Venezia Giulia (Italy), The Rural Hub (Ireland) and The University of Malaga (Spain).

What is the project about?

The partners will exchange best practices with the aim of exploring the process of certification and validation of key competencies, especially the “Personal, Social and Learning to Learn Competence” with the objective to promote the adoption of best practices within their organizations and among the involved stakeholders. The educators of the partner organizations will also have the opportunity to attend 2 international training in Italy and Finland.

Specific Objective

The specific objective of the project is to identify a common pathway as a first step towards the validation of competences in the field of non-formal education, by disseminating the results of the project on the Internet and in adult education centers.

White Paper

The main result of L2L will be a White Paper on best practices for the implementation of a process of certification and validation of non-formal competences, with a particular focus on personal and social competences and on learning to learn, which will guide the educators in identifying, collecting and assessing the competences possessed by low-skilled people and will then help them to choose training offers in line with their expectations and skills. You will find it here.
